 MicroMAC and VariMAC:
This photo and the one below it show a very successful programmable pump controller.

The challenges in this project were: Fitting six PCBs worth of circuitry into a small plastic box, and making it work in a bad EMI environment!

The products are a success and the names have become synonymous with the product type. Makago was proud to be a part of the team.

MicroRTU:
Three models of the product matrix are pictured at the left. These are remote I/O and signal multiplexers. (Cable replacer.)

These are successful products in current production.

UniMAC:
This is a BASIC programmable (fluids) system controller. It is similar in form-factor the MicroMAC pictured above.

It has languished in the lab for a long time but is finally enjoying a successful introduction to the market place.

Water Temperature Kit:
Kits are tough. The hard part of this project was not the circuit design. It was the manual! There ought to be a sign on the wall that reads: "It's the manual STUPID!"

This manual was a success. There were colored pictures of every single step. It is not necessary to read a single word. Just follow the pictures.

TeleTALK:
The client company develops niche market kits. Most of the kits are sold into the industrial controls market. Over the past fifteen years Makago has designed a dozen (or more) kits for this client.

This kit attaches to an RS232 port on the left and an RJ11 jack on the right. The RS232 side is used coordinate the recording of words and phrases that will be played over the telephone line as announcements.
